【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodfortesting,whilesubjectedtobending,theleaktightnessandstrengthofassembledend-load-bearingdoublesocketjointsofunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)whichallowamaximumangleofdeflectionof3°.ItisapplicabletodoublesocketcouplersprovidedwithelastomericsealingringsandlockingringsandintendedforusewithPVC-Upressurepipes(seefigure1).Themethodspecifiestheinternalpressure,themethodofcalculationfortheadditionalbendingforceandtheprocedureforthebendingtest.
