【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceforthedeployment,useandmanagementofmobilewirelesscommunicationandcomputingequipmentinthehealthcarefacilityinawaythathelpsmitigatepotentialhazardsduetoelectromagneticinterference(EMI)withmedicaldevices.Therecommendationsrecognizethedifferentresources,needs,concernsandenvironmentsofhealthcareorganizationsaroundtheworldandprovidedetailedmanagementguidelinesforhealthcareorganizationsthatdesirefulldeploymentofmobilewirelesscommunicationandcomputingtechnologythroughouttheirfacility,aswellasselectiverestrictionsforhealthcareorganizationsthathavedecidedcomprehensivemanagementproceduresarenotfeasible,practical,ordesirableatthepresenttime.Therecommendationsalsodistinguishbetweencontrolledsystemsusedbydoctorsandstaffforhealthcare-specificcommunicationandhealthinformaticstransportvs.non-controlled(personal)mobilewirelessequipmentrandomlybroughtintothefacilitybyvisitors,patients,andthehealthcareorganizationworkforce.
