【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodforassessingtheburningbehaviour,spreadofflameandthesmokedevelopmentofhorizontallymountedfloorcoveringsystemsexposedtoaradiantheatgradientinatestchamber,whenignitedwithapilotflame.Thismethodisapplicabletoalltypesoffloorcoveringssuchastextilecarpet,cork,wood,rubberandplasticcoveringsaswellascoatings.Resultsobtainedbythismethodreflecttheperformanceofthetotalfloorcoveringsystemastested.Modificationsofthebacking,bondingtoasubstrate,underlay,orotherchangesofthesystemmayaffecttestresults.
